Since Heavy Table editor Jim Norton and I have books coming out at the same time we decided to help each other out — I’ll be emceeing this Q&A of Jim and his wife Becca Dilley, the amazing photographer of their new book “The Master Cheesemakers of Wisconsin” and of course I’ll be happy to chit-chat or sign books afterwards.
